The following are examples of enhanced, performance, fitment parts available for Zane Era Laverdas. However this is not a complete list. If you cannot see the parts that you are looking for please contact us, we have the ability to produce most items to suit.

Blue Flame Silencers

 Blue Flame Silencers are no longer available. This is because Blue Flame have declined to make the link pipes on the small quantities we require. We are looking into the availability of alternative suppliers.

All silencers have polished stainless steel end caps, stainless steel internals for durability, stainless steel clips, stainless steel link pipes, and stainless steel hanging strap with rubber protector.

Apart from extra power, the more open exhausts completely clean up the low speed running ability of the 750S and 750 Strike, allowing the bike to pull from as little at 2200rpm. Add to this a gorgeous sound and they are a clear improvement over both the Arrow, and stock Termignonis.

Please note: The blue flame exhausts are loop suspended slipons. The original exhaust hangers cannot therefore be used, but we do have alternatives (see Slipon Exhaust Hangers bellow).

The following price includes a pair of silencers, a pair of link pipes, 2 stainless circlips, 2 loop brackets with anti-scratch rubber sleeves.

Cam shafts

 We have both exhaust and inlet cams in 4 different profiles.

The first are profiles from the last formulas that came out of the factory. These are the pinnacle that Laverda could produce in their road technology.

The second are the profile used on the  Laverda race bikes while the factory was still in existence.

The final two were designed by ourselves for use in our own race bike. One is designed to produce peak power, the other is designed to produce maximum torque.

Cam sets come complete with an appropriate chip.

Slip-on Exhaust Hangers

 Replacement aftermarket slipon end cans, be they Blue Flame or any other, are suspended in a hoop bracket. The original Laverda exhausts bolted on at the backet. The original brackets are therefore no use for new exhausts.

A second problem is that the screws used to attach the original hangers to the exhausts have nearly always rusted in and need to be drilled out. This damages the original exhausts if you should even want to put them back on.

Our alternative aluminium hangers were originally designed for the race bike, but have now completed 6000 miles on the test road bike without problems.
